History of Sam Seltzer's Steakhouse
The Seltzer family has been in the steak
business for over 75 years. Beginning in the 1920's, patriarch
Sam Seltzer opened his first butcher shop in Montreal, Quebec,
Canada. Sam's business philosophy was simple: provide the
customer with a high quality product, impeccable service,
and outstanding value. This philosophy has been the cornerstone
of a thriving family business that has come to include meat
markets and restaurants in the Canadian provinces of Quebec
and Ontario, as well as Southern and Central Florida.
The first Sam Seltzer's Steakhouse opened
in Tampa, Florida in 1995, and quickly became a favorite
of both locals and seasonal visitors. Since then, Sam's
has grown to ten restaurants, located at:
- 4744 N Dale Mabry Hwy., Tampa
- 18409 US Hwy. 19 N, Clearwater

Springs
